All merchandise ,  products , classes , brunches or other experiences or events including catering  are non-refundable, however if a product has a manufactory defect , it will gladly be replaced within 10 days of purchase. In the event of local or national pandemic prevents us from safely hosting any scheduled events, said event may be rescheduled and you may attend the rescheduled event or you may use your full ticket value as a gift card toward any items or events . We value your business and please contact us via the website if you have any concerns or issues with a product or order. All sales are final.

 

During online promotions, sales or holiday promos, we reserve the right to ship via any method of our choosing. Also you may expect increased processing time during any of these special order time periods. Processing times average 2-3 weeks . BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND: PROMOTIONAL TIME PERIOD APPLIES. 

 

You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Unless otherwise requested, your shipping charges will include insurance. Chef Tam's Kitchen will not be liable for any loss or damage once your order is received by USPS.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned for any reason other than our error, the customer will be responsible for the additional charges.

 

Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Thurs Pick up orders are available for pick up in our store Tuesday - Thursday 11-5 

 

All Sales and Promotions are subject to restrictions. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other sales or promotional products or online . Only one discount per order can be applied, per person. During promotions or sales, all sales are final and no refunds can be issued. Management/Owners reserve the right to dishonor any promotion or sale based on circumstances and orders that do not meet promotion or sale requirements.
